Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Free from stains, odours, pet hair or damage
Exchanges
If you order the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Eligible returns may be approved for an exchange or store credit.
Sale and Limited Release Items
All sale, promotional and limited release items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photos of the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a replacement, repair, store credit or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
